highs and lows

that's how life goes...
while everyone is at jo's, i'm on a break 'til monday.
normally, i'd be ecstatic about not swimming ,but i feel the pounds piling on...
fantastic.
today was pretty mundane, to say the least. i will even venture to say that it is disappointing.
